I’m so grateful I seized the opportunity to do a premium one-on-one yoga session with Timurlane through his boutique online yoga studio True You Yoga Inc. From the beginning to the end of the process, Timurlane truly cares about going above and beyond for his clients.

The session was preceded with very detailed intake forms that asked me about: my knowledge and experience with yoga; my physical abilities; what I was looking to gain from the session; and even some deeper reflective questions about myself. Timurlane then produced a session tailor-made EXCLUSIVELY for my needs (one of them being to learn new breathing techniques).

Timurlane employed some new breathing techniques I was unfamiliar with that I will definitely be using in the future. As goofy as this sounds, I truly felt “closer to the universe” when my blood was highly oxygenated, and I was in an ultimate state of relaxation (specifically from the double inhale technique). I walked away from the session with some other very useful breathing techniques, spine lengthening poses and techniques, and a further fostered relationship with my mentor: Timurlane. Even if you have a decent grasp on your yoga knowledge and techniques like myself, there’s always more to learn.

I will be doing quarterly sessions with Timurlane from now on, and would HIGHLY recommend True You Yoga Inc’s sessions to anyone.

I haven't been to the studio yet, but I know 2 of the three instructors there. They are awesome. I had both of them as instructors before they opened the studio. They listen to you, know where you're at and can show you sometimes an alternate move if you can't manage the one in the class. HIGHLY recommend these instructors. Trudi and Timurlane.

Noelle is a well rounded person and instructor, I have never ended a session not satisfied. She will lead you through a sixty minute session of such intense practices of mind and body consciousness, I have felt Muscles stretch in places I haven’t felt before. At the end of each session I am content, Her atmosphere is comforting. I’m very impressed with the quality! I highly recommend True You Yoga. Thanks Noelle! 🙏

When you're working with Noelle, you're working with one of a kind. Whether it's yoga or personal training, Noelle is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and deeply committed to her clients; listening intently and tailoring sessions to their individual needs. Don't expect her to go lightly though, each session she pushes you safely out of your comfort zone and encourages you to meet new personal bests, yet makes you love every minute of it with her terrific sense of humour.
I highly recommend Noelle as I know from personal experience that she will greatly expand and develop the mind, heart and body of any student who learns from her.

True You Yoga is a high quality business ran by some truly amazing people. Tim has been a big mentor and leader in my life. He has had an influence on how to become a well rounded person and push forward with a positive mindset. If you're thinking about working with True You Yoga, don't think twice.
