So if tou have not thought about getting a massage here, you really should. Better yet get a Thai massage. It's best explained by lazy man yoga. You are fully clothed in comfortable movable clothes. You get the BEST stretch out of your life as someone else is assisting you to get deeper into the stretch, plus they know the right way to stretch you out. Definitely give it a go. You will feel so much better after. Don't forget to drink your water after ant treatment. Flush all the toxins that were worked up.
