Removal of old furnaces and Installation of new high efficiency furnace & A/C. Friendly, responsive, volunteered key information & advice, very technically competent and on time. Coordinated well with electrical contractor. Did not get competing bids and assumed competitive. No complaints.

I was very pleased with the thorough Bear Care inspection of our furnace. He picked up and made repairs of a water leak that could have caused much damage in the future. He also noticed problems with our water heater and repaired this and flushed out the tank. He provided helpful advice on proper maintenance. We want to request the he be assigned to us next year when he inspects our furnace under Bear Care. We will ask him to also do maintenance on our under-floor water heater when he comes next year.

We are part of the 'Bear care' club and it's well worth it. For a small monthly fee they come inspect your furnace, ac and hot water tank yearly. This time it was for our furnace. While in the furnace room the Plumber could hear water running. He inspected our toilets and found 2 major issues to fix. We were just complaining about how high our water bill was and wondering why. I guess that was the reason so I'm looking forward to a smaller bill. It's worth it to have the maintenance completed yearly. The plumber they sent was very professional and nice.

From quote to install these guys really were amazing. They were polite, respectful, answered all our questions and did an amazing job installing our furnace. Even their supervisor (our cat) thinks they're pretty great. Highly recommend, and will definitely be using them again!
