Just Read another review - confusing paperwork ? Not sure about that - if knowing where your shipping from and shipping too, and how big a thing your shipping is all the info that is required - confusing /?? - Rest of life must be a hell of a roller coaster for you !!! Comox are great, office friendly, warehouse staff always go the extra mile and guys and gals on the road always with a smile - Can highly recommend. [maybe add opening times to google page only complaint !]
🏴 Flag as inappropriatePlaced a pick-up request. The next day I discovered it was not picked up. I contacted their office, which said that they somehow mixed it up, and filed it away as "complete;" however they said they would investigate and get back to me. I reiterated that I needed the pick-up, and requested another one for shortly after 12pm. Around 3:30pm no courier had yet arrived, so I contacted dispatch once more to confirm nothing went awry. This individual gave me contrary information about what occurred the day before (that the request was never relayed to the driver, rather than having been mistakenly filed as complete) and said that the driver would be there in 5 minutes. To my surprise, he arrived in about 2 minutes! I am pleased by the resolution, but feel that this particular office strongly lacks the organization needed to be considered reliable. While it may be pre-mature to mention, I was never contacted back regarding the "investigation," and the second dispatcher was unaware of any such investigation being done.

🏴 Flag as inappropriateWe had a great experience when Lou delivered our trampoline. Lou called in the morning before 8 to discuss the delivery and where we wanted him to leave it. It was 450lbs, it was a rainy day and we weren't going to be home but we also didn't want it left in the driveway. We exchanged cell numbers and had easy communication during the day, with an updated and accurate ETA. I came up with a plan for the delivery and Lou was happy to see it through. All in all, a great experience -- thanks Lou and Comox Pacific!
