Good selection, and friendly staff who are knowledgeable and approachable.

Always very friendly and helpful, great selection, and a points reward system I actually use. One of the very few places that makes a competent tea latte. Most places just put a tea bag in hot milk, which doesn't perfuse the tea, so it's ridiculously weak. Here they make a very concentrated tea with water, and that goes in the milk--basically just like a shot of espresso in milk. You don't see coffee places running milk through their grounds!

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I came near closing one time, and they still offered to give me samples as they were cleaning up. They didn't make me feel rushed to leave either, which was nice.

The shop's super clean and organized too. I like how it's located near the entrance, so I can grab my tea and go without walking around the mall.

I love davids tea, so much variety for whatever you may need. Decided to get a cup of tea for the night and came here, super friendly conversation, the staff were so funny and helpful. Amazing experience at Davids Tea!
