The owner Ana is super friendly ,very efficient ,very knowledgeable and extremely helpful too.She made the experience very smooth and easy and I am very happy with my frames. She also has amazing selection of frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses. I would recommend to every one this optical shop !

I happened to drive by Crossing Optical in February. I walked in, and met the owner. The store was not officially open yet, but she was happy to assist me in purchasing new lenses for my 2 pairs of frames that I brought it. The owner was lovely, and provided fast and great service. She called me within a week to pick up my frames. I would definitely go back, and would recommend her business.

I was surching for a new frame which fits for my face. The Lady in this store served me with much patience and a great knowledge. I love my new glasses and I felt being in very good hands. Very competent and friendly seller. Nice atmosphere. I recommend this shop.

Two months ago, I decided to try contact lenses for the first time. I searched the Langley area, and compared prices. The far lowest was Crossing Optical. I went on to check out the shop, and found out that it is highly professional. Sladana is very positive and welcoming, and that gave me relaxation during the entire process. She is very skillful and patient, and invested extra time and effort, to thoroughly exam my eyes, and to help me learn how to put my contacts on and off. No doubt who is my optician, from now on ????

She was patient to answer many questions that I had – that is something I really appreciated. She made me at ease by explaining the procedure and all the steps in the process.
