Not only have you now helped my wife twice (days before she went into labour, and now with a new baby), but to also be so thoughtful as to send a card for the birth of our little one speaks volumes about your company culture and the people who work there. BC Fireplace Service looked after our tank-less hot water heating system, gas fireplace, and outdoor gas BBQ system installation for our renovations. The city inspectors unexpectedly required us to complete new ventilation for our gas furnace heat system, including ducting, proper updated air ventilation, fan ventilation, and wood burning fireplace decommission and replacement with a gas fireplace. To say least, the project was challenging and BC Fireplace Service was key in moving us forward on our renovation by clearly explaining our situation, providing solutions, and getting it all done for us. The knowledge and understanding of all aspects of all types of heating systems was impressive. In our experience, they are trustworthy and reliable for all heating systems and simply do a very good job and charge reasonably.

Our family has bought two outdoor fire pits from BC Fireplace and we were really happy with the price and the quality! So, BC Fireplace was the FIRST place I thought of when I needed some work on my gas fireplace. They were great! They checked to make sure they came with the parts I needed. At 9 months pregnant I was in desperate need for someone to fix our fireplace during a cold snap and booked two companies to ensure I could get it fixed. BC Fireplace was by far the most reliable. Josh showed up on time, presentable, friendly, and knowledgeable and fixed the multiple issues with our fireplace. They cost more than the other guys, but you get what you pay for!
