Air1 went the extra miles when other companies would not. They where able to find me a policy that suited my aircraft despite the limitations and circumstances of having an extremely uncommon aircraft.

Obviously, then, I've needed lots of individual attention from Air1 staff, and I can tell you their excellent, responsive, friendly, professional, helpful service doesn't all stop once they have your money.
