We had the pleasure of working with Brandon Wong and the team at Exclusive Floors for our insurance claim. The restoration company referred us to Brandon and after our first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. He went out of his way on many occasions to help us select the right flooring for our apartment. During the installation phase, he provided daily updates and was on site numerous times to ensure everything smoothly. We can’t thank Brandon enough for all he did during such a stressful time for our family. If you are searching for a flooring guy, look no further. From choosing the carpet in store, to measuring, to install, Exclusive and their team took amazing care of us. They went above and beyond, even finding us some
baseboards last minute when we forgot to ask for them to begin with. We would definitely recommend them.

We worked with Brandon for a period of approximately 14 months on two projects for our home. One was to replace carpet as part of an insurance claim, and the other was to update our stairs (from carpeted to hardwood with a runner). While the former was quite straightforward, the latter was a bit more complicated. The adhesive for the carpet on the stairs had degraded over time; as well, the treads were not standard.
Brandon came to our place several times to look over the site, bring samples, and make recommendations about what we could do to improve the safety of our stairs. The carpet binder they were working with also came twice for the templates and to run ideas about how to situate the runner around the landing. For installation, we were provided with a second cut in a slightly different size in case the first cut didn't quite work, which we (as well as our installer) appreciated.
Throughout this time, we also welcomed a new baby so our response time was not the best but Brandon was patient and understanding (and in contrast his responsiveness was great!). We really appreciated it and look forward to connecting with him and the Exclusive Floors team again.
