Went in to start the process of replacing our decade plus old Weber bbq and was greeted by an employee named Lawrence who blew me away with his knowledge and professionalism he spent at least a half hour plus of giving myself and wife a complete run down of all the options asking us our cooking styles and what we actually did with our existing bbq and all the while not applying any pressure to purchase yet more concerned with making sure we had all our questions and concerns answered so we could make an informed decision and this is why I always go to the specialists and not the mass merchandisers when it comes to a long term purchase .... very happy with our new bbq and will tell many others about your great family business good job Jamie ????????

Love this family owned and operated business. It's the outdoor/indoor grilling emporium in my opinion. No matter how old the grill you are refurbishing or if you are looking to buy a new grill. Johnstone's will be able to help. Sounds advice and great products. What more could you ask for?

I just came from their Surrey store. I phoned first and they had the burner I needed. The staff were super helpful and freindly! If I ever need anything BBQ related it will be from this company. Thanks guys! Bill

My father-in-law wanted a bunch of bbq accessories for Christmas. I know nothing about bbqs. All I had were photos of what he wanted and the lady working collected all the gifts from the photos for me!! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Such helpful staff needs to be celebrated!!
