I went there few times to pick up few packages and even though it was very busy i did not wait to long. They serve you within minutes. They care about clients, very helpful, knowledge and patient. (January 16, 2019, 7:29 am)The costumer service of the Surrey FedEx was good, the employee was nice and fast to solve our problem. The delivery wasn't good though, that's why we had to go there. We live in a building that has a concierge 24/7 and the delivery guy didn't leave the package with the concierge, neither try to contact us (we were at home - they "tried" to deliver twice). We decided to pick it up at their Centre to give a formal feedback and don't have further problems with the delivery again.
