    I had the opportunity to work with Shirley with respect to health coaching. I was not sure at first if I would gain anything from it but I needed to get my life back on track! I was very glad I did.
    I went once a week for 6 weeks. During the 1 hour sessions I worked on goals that were important to me. Shirley kept me focused as I tend to get sidetracked easily. I set initial goals that I felt were important and Shirley helped keep these realistic so that I would be able to complete them during the week. There was no judging about the goals I set.
    After 6 weeks I was ready to put into practice all I achieved and learned. When I am ready for the next step on my path to good health I would definitely go back to Shirley at Leaps and Bounds.
    Shirley is knowledgeable in cooking, health wellness and exercise so the perfect person for health and lifestyle coaching.

    The overhead door was open or I would have never stopped. Glad I did. This Studio has 2 personal trainers, one for the morning and one for the afternoon. I looked around as they were working out. Nice private fitness studio with nice equipment and one on one benefits. Thanks for the tour ......

    After 30 sessions (working out 3 times a week) at Leaps and Bounds, I am excited to report that I lost 10lbs and 2% body fat. I also gained muscle and am starting to see definition. My flexibility has increased substantially. I feel great. It's amazing what 10 weeks can do at 3 hours per week. James McFarlane was my trainer. He was very detailed and encouraging. It was a pleasure working with him. He didn't seem to think that my questions were dumb. He pushed me to show what my body was capable of doing using safe techniques. Thank you Shirley and James!
