Triple A Florist

For those confused by the photos, this is a florist and grocery store combined. Certainly more grocery than florist but there were still lots of nice plants and flowers to choose from.

I had ordered flowers for a client for an event, but did not receive any confirmation emails or any updates on my purchase (not anywhere in junk either). Days leading up to my event, I called and emailed a several times but did not hear back, so eventually I ordered from somewhere else to ensure I had something to give to the client. Finally, I got a hold of someone to let them know that I'd like to cancel my order since I ordered from somewhere else due to urgency. The representative on the phone was really understanding and offered the refund without argument - which I fully appreciate and respect. I only received the order confirmation email and refund email all on the same day - after being speaking to the rep. Today, I just checked my credit card statement and they did refund me but they kept the pre-paid tips I added to the order. I find this quite ill-mannered!

Friendly service and good selection with Canadian, Italian,as well as Asian goodies. A bit messy but price is extremely reasonable 👍

They have really good Coconut buns. The staff was friendly as well.
