Vancouver Red Rose

Thank you for a nice gift for my birthday!
It’s the 2nd time my family from Europe has sent me flowers through Vancouver Red Rose, and the experience was great. Both times the arrangements were beautiful and joyful, and the gentleman that delivers them is always very kind and calls ahead of time to make sure I’m home for the delivery. I also enjoy receiving a hand-written card!
I will use them myself if I need to send flowers or recommend them further.

Awesome service, super friendly. I ordered something and while they couldn’t get the orchids I wanted next day ( my fault, last minute order) they did throw something beautiful of equal value together. They answer the phone when you call to make a last minute change and call you back. Definitely the place to go for flowers.

I wanted to send flowers from Los Angeles, to Vancouver for my uncle’s funeral and for once instead of choosing big companies like 1-800, I went with Vancouver Red rose, which is a local store. I am so happy that I did that!
First of all, their flowers were exactly as the pictures. I have so many experiences with 1-800 that I see a nice photo online and pay for it and something much smaller with old flowers were delivered. Not with Vancouver Red Rose! Their flowers were exactly as the pictures on their website. But more importantly for me was their fabulous customer service. They treated me like family during this difficult time. I ordered 4 flower arrangements and 1 fruit basket. They contacted me to make sure if they flowers are going to the funeral and time is of the essence.
Moreover, when I contacted them to upgrade one of my orders and to charge my card accordingly, they upgraded it without charging me for it!!! Finally, they let me know when they delivered the flowers and they had helped my uncle’s wife to set up the flowers in her house.
I recommend them 100%.

I ordered for the first from Montreal to Vancouver, what an amazing service. I had some concerns regarding the delivery and I called. There was no wait period and my concerns were answered in a manner to reassure me on the promess of delivery and courtesy call. As soon my flowers were received, not only I got a text message but I also got a phone call to confirm. What a personal touch!!! Honestly this is what I call excellent service. I recommend 💯/ 💯

My friends father had passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to send their family flowers with a personalized message.

I had ordered my flowers online and was able to receive same day delivery. I contacted Vancouver Red Rose to confirm my order, as this was a time sensitive situation. Ray from Vancouver Red Rose was not only professional, but also took time out of his schedule to contact me via text and advise me when the order was received by the recipient.

Although this was my first time ordering flowers online and from Vancouver Red Rose, my experience was very positive and I really appreciated all the support.
