Lisa is so knowledgeable and always a friendly face! She explains things with such detail in a way that makes it easy for me to understand. She is different than any other physiotherapist I've ever seen and that's a good thing!

I used to get lower back pain where I felt like I needed to constantly "pop" my back. I also used to get numbness in my toes when I would exercise. Lisa Chose Physiotherapy really helped me recover from my pain and discomfort. Not only do I feel better, but when those sensations come back, I know the exact exercises I need to do to feel better again. Furthermore, Lisa was able to give me options of the exercises so I could do them in various environments like when I'm in public vs. when i'm at home.

I saw Lisa for some lower back pain and found her to be extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! She took her time during my assessment and gave me some exercises to do at home which have made a huge difference. Highly recommend!
