Summit Labels has been extremely professional & reliable with customer service second to none. I'd highly recommend them for any high-quality labels you need to be printed. Their recent back-end label management system has sped up our ordering process and put us in the driver's seat to completely customize our large orders. It's super quick and makes ordering much easier without the need for lengthy email chains and the guesswork of which label template will be printed. Any discrepancies (usually due to my human error) have been quickly addressed with their prompt customer service. It's been a fantastic addition to Summit Labels and I'll continue to use and enjoy this great value-based system.
