Went in here for the first time. I was buying everything from collar, leash, hair brush, food, treats, toys, etc for our puppy. Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable with every question I asked and made recommendations as if it were for his own pup. He provided pros and cons, provided instruction and shared his puppy experiences. I probably spend an hour or so in here going through every aisle looking at everything and not once did I feel rushed. Thank you for the great service! We will be back once we have the pup and of course, regularly for food!

Not sure if there was a change in employees or ownership since I've last been here but I definately noticed good change. The gentleman that was working last night was very helpful and attentive. The store has a great selection as well. Will most likely be coming back here for my dog's needs!

Shout out to star employee Jason! When Covid first hit I ran out of dog food early. I was under quarantine so couldn't go into the store to get more. Jason was a huge help! He allowed me to pay by etsf for this unique situation and even delivered the food to my front door when he got off work that day. I really appreciate him going above and beyond for me!

I was here Sept 9, at 8:15pm. A male staff member helped me out. He was incredibly friendly, and helpful! Excellent customer service. I will definitely return.
