I am so glad Petcetera opened this location in Surrey! The owner Dan is great. He is always very helpful & has a wealth of information regarding dogs. All of his products are natural, my dog loves them. I've learned a lot being a 1st time Pet Owner from Dan. I highly recommend Dan at Petcetera!

Good store. The guy who owns this chain of stores knows his pet food and understands the ingredients, selling all Canadian made products. I'll continue to shop here.

I am totally impressed with the service here! Saw a cat condo in the window and walked in, and I was greeting by friendly staff. No pressure, just super helpful and friendly. I bought the cat condo and it was delivered and put together for me. Great price, and cat loves it.I am definitely shopping here from now on!

This store is a 1-stop shop for all your fur-babies needs. There’s an abundance of toys, treats, fluffy beds.... you walk in with the expectation of buying what you came for, but leave with so much more! They offer a “3 for 1” deal for treats & my pup absolutely loves them. You can’t beat the service either. Very informative and so welcoming. Great family business & will be back again soon!!

Petcetera is an awesome place to go for your pet. Dan is a king in this field and I am really glad to meet him. Never thought Petcetera has solid history in Canada. He is very kind, soft spoken, and honest. With such a great history of this store, I admire his efforts and gentleness. Besides, thanks for helping me out to make right choice for my pet's requirements.
