(February 22, 2018, 2:09 am)If you are looking for a raw gym to learn a new athletic skill this the place to try. I have personally recommended 7-8 people to this gym because i want others to enjoy the same physical and mental experience i have. My skill has improved each session and i feel great walking in and out of there. When i think of Thai Boxing i think of this place.

(June 24, 2016, 2:00 am)Master Song is a great guy, he has been in the Canadian kickboxing scene for many years. His original gym used to be called "golden lions" down in commercial drive. His instruction is no-nonsense, fast paced technical drills. Prices are low and flexible with lots of hours to train.
