Epic Plumbing and Heating

We just had Epic Plumbing in to hook up our brewery and lounge. Super awesome job. Better than I could have imagined! I woke up this morning and found myself admiring our finished plumbing instal. Come down to Rusted Rake Brewing in Nanoose and I'll give you a tour of the instal. Love it!!

Dylan and his team at Epic provided great service, reasonable prices and followed proper COVID-19 safety protocols when working. We'd highly recommend Epic and will call on them again when we need plumbing or heating work done.

Dylan came to the house within 24 hours after I contacted Epic Plumbing to take a look at our furnace that wasn't working and he ordered the part that was needed. Came back and installed it and was very professional and showed up when he said he would. Overall I was very happy with the service and price. I would definitely use Epic Plumbing again and have recommended them to friends and family.

***PLEASE READ***Epic Plumbing does Epic retrofit heating and cooling system in Nanoose! I had invited numerous contractors to try and correct the sub-par system that was in place. The system had outlived its useful life as well as not being built to meet the initial requirements of the home. After having met with over 5 different contractors they all came back to us with the same response. "It cant be done"! "The solution is too complicated" " it would be way to costly to correct and bring it up to standard due to the design of the house". Epic plumbing showed up and this all changed!!! Not only did they provide an elegant solution to helping create a more efficient home, they presented multiple options, quotes and walked us through each step of the update. Dylan, the owner was communicative and professional as well as his team. The best part he was on price and on time. The cherry was he called to check in after the the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction before invoicing us. Its without hesitation I would highly recommend Dylan and his team at Epic Plumbing and plan to use his services on all current and future projects!
