(December 12, 2017, 7:16 am)Stephanie Sykes at Nexgen Hearing in Penticton does everything in her power to make sure you get what you came for to improve your hearing ,with hearing aides that are right for you. Having to have hearing aide for about 13 years I understand what hearing aides are capable of, but had a hard time trying to explain to my wife. Stephanie allowed my wife to sit in on an appointment and explained to my wife in ways I couldn't, so now she understands a lot more about what I have to deal with. Every appointment I have had with Stephanie she always makes me feel that I have all the information before I leave the office and if not I can call them for what ever reason. I am %100 satisfied with being a client at Nexgen Hearing's Penticton office. Stephanie also works out of Summerland. I will recommend her to anybody and have to anyone who have asked!
