Reflexions Yoga Studio and School

First time for me doing yoga classes. Attended for a few months before I moved out of Penticton. Loved the place. Becky and rose are so nice and helpful. I Also met up with Becky for some nutritional advice. She knows her stuff!
Il definitely be back in the future.

Over the past 9 months I have been able to grow and gain so much wisdom about myself, life, compassion and understanding towards others, and of course yoga overall. All of this was thanks to Becky and Rose’s teaching during our 200 hour teacher training course. I couldn’t of asked for a better first yoga training experience. These two lovely ladies have given me the tools and knowledge to feel comfortable in my teaching, but have left me still curious to learn more. Put simply, I never doubted my decision of wanting to become a teacher and I knew this was the right path. They made this training such an empowering experience in my life and I don’t know how to thank them enough!

just WOW, such an amazing experience!!

I was for business reasons in Penticton and registered for several classes during my stay. The warm welcome from Rose and from the other yogi felt very good. All classes were very well instructed. I can recommend this studio to everyone.
