The Monday night Gentle Yoga class is so calming, so refreshing while providing all of the all over body stretches and strengthening needed to keep the joints, muscles and organs in prime condition. Sanaz is a wonderfully soothing instructor whose extensive directions help us all achieve the right form and effects from her yoga class.

Starlit Yoga studio has been an amazing healing tool for me.
Having suffered with severe depression for the past 30 years. I decided to step out of my shell and take a yoga class. I started with 1 class a week. I am now doing 3 classes a week! I love the studio and the intimate size of the classes. I have seen a huge change in me! Not only in the physical but in the spiritual sense and my mind is much calmer as I have learned to meditate and to breathe ????pure bliss.
