“If you are wondering which make of manufactured home to buy, choose a Moduline brand/make! I would highly recommend Eagle Homes, and Robin McLachlan as your sales rep. Two years ago I went to "the other guys" and can easily say my experience with Robin and Eagle Homes was FAR superior. Honesty goes a long way. The process was exactly how you would want it to be with Eagle; everything laid out, no surprises, even communication/questions from the people building my home in the factory to be sure I would be completely satisfied with how it was being built! Robin was always responsive, even after hours and on his day off. The completion date arrived exactly as estimated, the delivery and set up crew arrived exactly as planned.....they are an amazing team! Then I got to tour my new home and was smiling ear to ear the whole time. Compared to the brand new one I bought 2 years ago from "the other guys", this home is FAR superior in workmanship, and attention to detail. Things are so solid, clean lines, finished to perfection. “My husband and I arrived late on Monday evening 23rd of November.🚛 Luckily, the very sweet server let us have a seat but reminded us that they would be closing in 40 or so minutes. We promptly ordered, I had a nice glass of Jackson Triggs 🥂and my hubby had a nice cold beer 🍺. My husband had a burger 🍔 and I had THE BEST grilled Cheese with bacon I have ever had! “Sandy, Roxy...AMAZING service dept professionals.!!! The problem I had was with my 36 foot Class A motorhome generator, stalling under load. The customer service was out of this world. They kept in touch with me at all times. They fixed all that needed to be fixed. Both were beyond pleasant. What a wonderful experience. Took the motorhome for 6 weeks to Ontario after the repair and the generator worked as new. They always called back as promised and all was done on schedule. Are they cheap???? Of course not. But then again, when on earth does excellent service and excellent products come cheap? It is a question of value. Excellence costs money but the results are wonderful. Thanks also to the very professional and friendly service technician in the shop (wish I could remember his name [Brent I think] ). What a pleasure is all I can say. Speechless.”

Sadly they don't have the ability to compete due to JD policy so my 100% of nothing rule kicked in and I went to my regular local parts store and saved more than half on those items that are not specialized. Can't fault the guys in parts for what a bean counter in head office can't grasp.”

“Showers ARE nice but the renos to them were no more than two years ago and already there are missing knobs. They finally put in shower curtains but i really wish they would CLEAN them. Walked in today and found a used bath mat on the floor. Two showers ago it was a wash cloth stuck to the wall. It is quickly going downhill and that's sad because brand new showers are not that difficult to keep clean.... The will must be present however and it appears not to be 😥 Enjoy your day friend! 😊🙏”
