Shout to Canadian Footwear. I ordered shoes online, assuming that they would be delivered to my place as most online orders. I got a phone call once they arrived at the store this morning and was offered the house delivery or pick up. I chose the house delivery and was amazed and pleased that the owner of the company was the person who delivered them. To top off the awesome customer service, I got a thank you card added in my shoebox. Fantastic service!

Consistently excellent customer service. I bought my first pair of shoes from Canadian Footwear nearly 20 years ago, and I keep going back. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Shoes tend to be on the pricier end, but they're solid and last many years (unlike cheaper shoes I've bought elsewhere that wear out rapidly). The only downside to this location is that they don't have as much stock as the downtown location.

It feels good to shop at a store that has very knowledgeable staff.
