Wonderful place to work out. Members are friendly and a great staff, especially Deanna, Joanne, Shelley and Jace. Jace is probably the best instructor I’ve seen anywhere. He is also a personal trainer. If you have a gym problem or need information, just go to Deanna, she is never too busy to help. My only negative comment about the Y is having to wear a mask working out and yet you are further away from other members than you are in a class and no mass there is required, especially the TRX class. Great gym and you are ALWAYS made to feel welcome there.

The Westwood Y has a beautiful design with floods of natural sunlight, quality fitness equipment, a variable-depth pool, hot tub and steam room and a very caring staff with a mission to help the community.
This is a great place to attend en familie, as there are a wide variety of programmes, accessibility parking, lifts and equipment, wheelchair ramps, a kid's zone, and intergenerational fitness opportunities.
Your Y membership is good everywhere there is a Y, a wonderful benefit!

Nicely equipped gym and a unique variable depth pool for all kinds of aqua exercises

Love going to the Y here. Just need to keep up with cleaning the bathrooms more frequently.
