I was very impressed with Kelly and her team at Battlefield. They were friendly, prompt and really a pleasure to deal with. I rented a trencher for an irrigation project and the whole process was painless. Highly recommended!

Had a pipe burst in my home while I was sleeping and the water was everywhere, in a panic the next day I went here and was treated to the best customer service experience possible. They gave me some advice and I rented an industrial dehumidifier that looked brand new and was obviously well maintained. In as foul a mood as I was everyone there was empathetic to my predicament and made a terrible situation bearable.

I don't rent a lot of things and have nothing to compare their customer service to, but I can't imagine a better level of care or quality of equipment rented out.

I've rented from here three or four times, good customer service. I've dealt with Josh and Kelly, and both are great to deal with
