We arrived almost an hour ahead of schedule because I was traveling from several hours away and miscalculated the time it would take to get there, and they took us in and started the examination almost right away! The specialists will take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. And you can see they love animals, so you know your pet is in good hands!
