wonderful friendly service. got glasses. provided wonderful help with picking out glasses for my face shape. explained everything in my appointment so i felt comfortable. wonderful shop!

I visited Visionworks today w/o an appointment. I was greeted warmly by all the employees and I got a good vibe about the place. Chris helped me immediately. He really listened to me about what I wanted. He didn't try to change my mind. He was warm and caring and efficient. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks or less. I will add an additional star to my review when I receive my glasses. I will keep you updated! Thank you Chris and everyone at Visionworks Hamburg!

Was very pleased with the service. Right when we walked in we were greeted by a very warm employee. Chris was very nice and had great taste in glasses. He helped us find the right pair when we couldn’t find them in other stores. Couldn’t be more pleased! We will be back to seek Chris’s help again in the future.
