Sears Optical

Everyone was more then helpful, the staff does a great job and took the time to care, thank you

My experience at Sears optical was an experience to say the least. The Optician was amazing, he took the time to address every concern, and made sure that no question went unanswered. Now in regards to the rest of the staff that's a whole other story. While I sat in the waiting room I listened to the sales lady tell her co-works a story about her friend or family member's child with a mental illness, loud enough for all to here. Now clearly this wasn't the appropriate topic for work, it did show however how truly uneducated, unprofessional and ignorant she really was. But to make matters worse after I finished my eye exam with the Optician (who was a total Professional!), the sales lady was in such a rush to get back to her (STORY TIME) she hurried me out the door without giving me my Optical script.
In short Sears Optical: Optician 5stars, the staff (saleswoman) ignorant, unprofessional, better suited for the fast food industry!
