(August 18, 2019, 1:44 am)I joined the Orchard Park Fit Body 6 week challenge. John is a motivating trainer. He will work you hard and gives great nutrional advice to help you succeed. Each class is a different workout so you get to work all parts of the body. The members are very welcoming and encourage you throughout your class. I just finished the challenge and am proud to say have lost 20.3lbs and feel great. From when I first started the challenge until the end, I have seen a great improvement in my self confidence and strength. Anyone looking for a great workout and a fun challenge, I would recommend John and his place for a fantastic, challenging workout.
