(July 28, 2019, 1:52 am)Rob Neubauer is not only the best musician in the area but he is the most knowledgeable about all things music equipment. I brought my JCM2000 DSL 100 to him with no sound coming from it on Thursday and I get a phone call Friday afternoon from Rob saying the amp was all fixed and done. There aren't any music stores in the area that have that quick of a turnaround. I took my amp to Sound Souce and it took them a month for them to get it back to me only for it to fail another month later. One of the best music stores in the WNY region!!! Keep it up Rob!!
