    I have been a yoga student of Kathy's for at least 15 years. She is an amazing instructor who holds a wealth of knowledge in the movement of the body. Her classes will lead you into so much more insight than you would ever think yoga would do. I introduced my elderly father to her through her chair yoga class and he loves it and rarely misses a class. Come try her classes, see for yourself what yoga can do for you.

    Kathy is very knowledgeable in yoga and mediation she combines them in a unique way to help you balance out life's issues.She is by far the best and you will find yourself not missing her classes
