Pool Mart Lockport Location

I recently bought a hot tub from Pool Mart in Lockport . Michael was the salesperson I dealt with. He was informative, friendly, and very helpful in helping me pick out a tub. The hot tub had to be ordered but came within a couple weeks. The guys that delivered and set up the hot tub were great. The one guy (can’t remember his name, but was an older gentleman) gave me a thorough orientation on how to set it up and explained the chemical maintenance. A couple days later I discovered that one of the jets was not working. I called Pool Mart and they immediately sent a repairman out to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately because of the kind of hot tub I had he couldn’t fix it. I then called Pool Mart back and asked them if they would exchange it for new one. Without hesitation they said they would. It was delivered free of charge and came in when they said it would. They also gave me a whole new set of chemicals. Years ago we bought an above ground pool from them. Their installation of the pool was flawless. I’ve since moved, but the pool was still in great condition when I sold the house. I highly recommend Pool Mart for anyone looking for a hot tub or pool. The employees are friendly, honest, professional and stand behind their products.

Every time I go to this Lockport location I am always helped right away. They are always helpful and friendly. They have taken away the stress of fighting with my pool water! Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Been there a couple of times and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. In particular one young man named Luke. Was very professional and so nice. Didn’t make us feel like we didn’t know anything, which we don’t know anything about pools. So he was great!

I would like to give Michael Brown a BIG shout-out! Every time we go to Pool Mart we look for him and every time he has helped us out tremendously! He always points us in the right direction and for first year pool owners he got our pool sparkling just from us telling him what it looks like! He is awesome and knows what he’s talking about!

Not only that, he took his own time and put our pool ladder together! We couldn’t figure it out for the life of us and he said ‘bring it in, I’ll put it together for you’ & he did just that! We couldn’t thank him enough! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly staff member at Pool Mart, ask for Mike!

We purchased our first pool this year, and we will never go anywhere other than Pool Mart. We checked out a few other places, but we weren't very impressed. Once we met Michael B. at Pool Mart in Lockport, there was absolutely no question we were getting our pool there. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. After installation, he (and they) are always very helpful any time we have a question (or twenty). We couldn't be happier with our pool and the customer service we receive from Pool Mart! Thank you!
