    This is a one stop shop for all my fireplace/wood stove needs. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting and helped me in every area I had a question about! Very positive environment!     Called for help with a fireplace installed 2 years ago. The customer service was amazing! I was patiently walked through the issue, which was completely resolved. Kudos to Always Warm! Highly recommend.

    Coldest day of the year --- Brian and his staff are "All-Ways" very helpful. Thank you with your help getting my gas fireplace reprogrammed again... just a simple phone call. You are the best and Happy New Year.

    Very experienced and not pushy. They will give you all options available for your needs. They are also very understanding when you have small children. Warm and friendly setting and staff. Prices are not inflated.
