Brian came and fixed my ancient wall oven twice, hunting down obsolete parts in order to do so. However, the oven finally died. Even though we didn't purchase our new oven from Brian - he doesn't carry the brand we purchased - his crew came out and installed my new oven AND took the old one away to be recycled. His technicians have also repaired my fridge in the past. Amazing service and I highly recommend them.

After my husband had a major stroke and we returned home from 5 months in hospital , we found our dryer was not working. It was a Saturday, the second one before Christmas, so busy for stores. I called Fundy, explaining the problem with the dryer to the technician. It was clear the dryer was beyond repair, as the electronic panel had failed and could not be replaced. Brian e-mailed me some options for a new washer/dryer, as I was unable to get to Truro in the near future. We settled on a good, reliable set and he stated he would get back to me with a delivery date. I was hoping by Wednesday, but secretly wished for maybe Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when he stated he would be there in a little over an hour. We live in Tatamagouche, so not a quick trip on a busy day. He came, set it up, removed the old set and instructed me on its use. I can’t tell you the number of loads I have done in the last 7 days, It has been a life-saver. The machines are great quality, efficient and wash and dry beautifully. Thank you so much for your kindness, and going the extra mile for us.
