Out of the maybe 20 I have purchased, ONE a few years ago had a faulty wick and wouldn’t burn. Paula hand delivered to my home a new candle, along with some of my favourite scents and a few new ones to sample. She always responds promptly to any inquiries about where I can purchase around town and is a pleasure to deal with.
