After having three other companies come and try to fix my water softener and sell me thousands of dollars of new equipment.. I seen diamond water's van up the road from my house. I decided to call them, and they showed up 20 mins later and within 25 minutes took mine apart and rectified my problem, and didn't even charge me! I'm very thankful to Kyle and the team at diamond water 100% recommend these guys !!

UPDATE: 09-Feb-22 Again, fantastic service from Diamond. Called on Monday, got an appointment for Wednesday. They were on time and done with 10 minutes. I was being overly concerned for no reason, but will definitely call them again when I do have an issue.

Fantastic! I'm new to using a well for water and I had an issue with my water filter. I called Diamond on a Saturday afternoon and even though they were closed for the weekend, I got a call back within a few minutes. Perry came to my house right away and fixed my issue within 5 minutes. He even gave me tips on using my softener. I will definitely have Diamond back to do my servicing and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great! We are on a well in Hammonds Plains and they have been servicing our water needs for a few years. Today they put in a new water system for us and we are so pleased with the job. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. We highly recommend Diamond Water
