The best inn. Incredible friendly host and delicious breakfast!

Suzy is the real deal in Inn's.

It's a small place when you arrive, but so filled with homely warmth, from the check-in through to the breakfast around one big table (talk to your fellow travelers !). I stayed at the Winter room - it's big, clean and very good for a romantic get-away.

The Mecklenburgh is in the middle of Chester - not a big village by any measure, but you have ten steps to the pub, restaurant, cafe and local marina. And there are of course plenty of Nova Scotia trips to take from Chester.

I will definitely be back !

I loved this place! The room was wonderful, comfy beds and we had a very nice private bathroom. The owner, Suzi, was awesome! She is an amazing chef. Her breakfasts were the best I have ever had at a b&b. Her recommendations for things to do and see in the area were perfect. The Inn is right in town, close to everything (no vehicle needed). I would definitely stay there again. Awesome place!
