  Amazing staff and incredible workouts! Definitely not your average gym as I leave there satisfied with my workout and smiling EVERY TIME.

  Not only is this a great 1-hour workout but the people here are so encouraging. I want to go back--every time! I've never stuck with a gym for this long and I think it's because the atmosphere is so fun--1 hour just flies by.

  This has been my home away from home for over a year and a half now. The workouts are very good and always push me. The staff are always welcoming and often go beyond their roles to take care of you.
  I recommend this to everyone that asks about it. It truly has been a life changing experience

  I have been coming for 6 months now and I haven’t felt so good in years! The staff is motivating and the workouts are both challenging and rewarding. If you’re looking for a way to be accountable to your fitness goals, this is the place!
