The options are endless, with multiple heavy bags, speed bags and even a boxing ring to take things up a notch. There is also other high end workout equipment that makes this location unique and a step above the rest!! I LOVE my visits to the gym and I am looking forward to working out there regularly. Thank you for such a warm welcome and creating this brand new location that many will call home 💪🏾🥊!!

(December 20, 2021, 3:15 am)Wholly smokes I just did a trial at Boxercise. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I signed up for the early bird special. I have never seen or used an intertia wave and whole body vibration machine before. In 30 seconds my heart rate was 167. Simply incredible peace of equipment, these guys are on a different level of training. It looks easy but wholly smokes I'm exhausted. So glad we signed up!
