Really good customer service, bought an item from the store, got it home, packaging was fine but once opened saw there was some slight damage to the unit (unfortunate, but these things happen) called and spoke to their furniture manager Drake, he confirmed they had another in stock and put it on hold for me, I came in and exchanged it out for a new one, we looked it over to make sure it was in good shape, and he re-sold it to me at the sale price for the inconvenience. Super quick and easy, can really tell they care about their customers being satisfied with their purchases, will make a point of shopping here more often.

If I could give more stars I would. I had my daughter's bedroom done while she was at her dads. It got painted and she had a cheap platform frame that broke so I had to go buy a new bed as well and some items for her room. I admit there was a mistake along the way since i ordered a queen and got a double frame and mattress by accident. I didn't notice on the bill and got it home and my daughter helped take it out of the car.
I cannot lift these items, I have had a di sc removed from my neck and my spine is fused, disc problems in my neck and back and problems with legs. I'm explaining this because when I called the store to say I don't have help to bring this back plus I need the queen bed, David the sales rep helped me immediately and went above and beyond! Never have I heard a worker on their own time delivering it himself to me because he felt bad. I am blown away! I got the bed for a deal, superb service from everyone there and this will bring me back. The other man that helped us exchange and load up new spring mattress and spoke so nice to my daughter..thank you! Deanna, you are also so polite and wonderful!

They were so helpful. I needed a new desk chair and they went out of their way to make sure I found one I liked. Very happy
