Patio Palace

We needed burners and grills for our older Broil King. Called Patio Palace and Linda said that all the parts we wanted were in stock. When we got to the store Lucy was very helpful, especially when we discovered that the burners would be replaced under warranty! New parts are installed and the bbq is working as good as new. Highly recommended!

We wanted an auxiliary source of heat that did not need electricity for fans etc. After a long search we saw signs for fireplace sale at Patio Palace and pulled in to see what they had. So glad we did! The knowledgeable staff Erin not only knew his products, but knew the clearances from windows and gas meters, whereas no other dealer we talked to in the county had this information at their fingertips, one dealer suggesting I ask the gas company. The price was also listed complete with installation charges. Erin examined our house, ordered the Canadian made stove from Valor which was installed after a couple of weeks, by JD Wall Heating and Cooling. We were able to get more information about the stove and it's use from Erin and Linda . 5 star service for sure, from Erin and Linda and the installers Jacob and Tina who had to contend with an old house. We love the fireplace as does our Gordon Setter Tess! On another ocassion, Patio Palace was able to supply us with a part for a very old BBQ! Check first at Patio Palace
