Great service! I've been here several times for various items, almost always a specialty item and the staff have always helped me get the parts I need and as quick as possible. I was in search of a rare/unique crucial O-ring and the guy at the desk spent a ridiculous amount of time helping me try to source this rare item, to the point I was almost embarrassed taking up so much of his time. He assured me it was no problem and continued calling several suppliers to find it. Considering it was only a $0.50 part, the effort was astounding. I sent a mechanic friend to the store when he was looking for some non-standard items and was having difficulty finding elsewhere. My friend called me back to comment how determined the guy was to find his items and he was able to track down most of what he needed. My friend was impressed as he had called so many specialty stores and couldn't get what he needed and it turned out this store was able to track it down.
