“I was hiking with 2 friends on the weekend and we decided to pop over to see Walters Falls and check out the inn as a possible wedding venue. We didn’t realize it was privately owned and on private property. We had the pleasure of meeting Meg who was very kind and explained that because they were private property they were bound by the stay at home order and fully closed. Meg was also kind enough to give us directions to get on the Bruce Trail and see the Falls from behind. Please remember that these are hard times for everyone and Meg and her family are following the rules set by the government. Whether you agree with them or not they are doing the right thing to get us out of this mess. Thank you so much for your kindness Meg! “I had the opportunity to go in for the first time and what a cute little location. I love this because you can see that it's not about flash and dash with them. It's about the quality of their products. I bought the summer sausage it was on sale for Valentine's Day. And it was a great price. I bought a big stick of it and got home tried it and it was perfect. I like the idea it's locally grown, grass fed and certified organic. Worth the stop to pick up high quality meats and stuff. “This is a pretty little rural church with a very English vibe to it. Unfortunately it is only open a few times a year. So if you want to see inside you have to wait. The cemetery around it is worth exploring and there are some hug shade trees you can relax under. Only a block up from the falls it is worth having a look at.”
