(February 16, 2021, 10:06 pm)Cabin is small and quaint. Perfect home base for your next Algonquin adventure. Beds are good, bathroom is bright, kitchen is tidy and well stocked with pots and appliances. Owner is friendly. These people have a great well run business.

(June 4, 2020, 4:08 pm)My husband found Lakewood’s online as we were looking for a cabin for a few days’ hiking near Algonquin Park. Our cabin (#3) was amazing and perfect for 2 people. Very clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen (nothing missing). Will definitely be back.

(February 9, 2020, 3:09 pm)A perfect quiet cabin just outside Algonquin park boundaries. Exactly what we wanted. The cabin was absolutely clean. We were there the first week in February and the cabin was very warm. Every kitchen equipment one could need was provided. We are planning to return.
