  The old staff ran a tight ship. Now, while some of the veterans are still around, a new group of young hires are still learning the ins and outs, and service is a little slower.
  
  After 10pm or so, you cannot enter the store. You have to pay through a one-way security window that is similar to those found in areas of high crime. It's frustrating to say the least, but understand that the guys working at the store hate using the window just as much as you do.
  
  Avoid the car wash at all costs - it will tear off pieces of trim and bend your mirrors backwards. No refunds, either. The glass walls of the car wash used to be clear , but people could see all the broken wiper blades and trim pieces so now they have pasted an advertisement over top of it.
  
  Some gambling addicts frequent this location, and spend over 5 minutes playing their various lotto and instant win games. This forms a huge lineup of people just looking to pay for their gas. People are anxious and often complain aloud when this happens. The previous staff would send the gambler to the second terminal and multitask two cash registers to get the line moving, but the new guys aren't quite there yet.
  
  Meezo and the old shell crew were unbeatable, I always am happy to see them working there.
