A unique situation occurred recently which required a quick resolution. Lisa, Nora and Bableen stepped up to the challenge and were excellent in keeping lines of communication open, providing timely updates both in person and by phone, promptly returning phone calls, and, finding a solution that prevented a cascade of other problems from developing.
