The Brick

Purchased a new washer online through this location. Works great! Really enjoying it so far. Delivery crew was terrible but was a 3rd party so I don't believe it should affect the review. Anyways, delivery was a hassle and overall stressful encounter. Manager was more than happy to hear me out and offered to make it right. It was a level of customer service that I truly appreciate. It helped to put us at ease at the end of the day so thank-you!

I want to give more than 5 stars for Mr Scott J marvelous customer service representative and marvelous technical support and knowledge about different furniture products. He have the great knowledge about bed mattresses support and service.
I am also very great full to Miss Malissa for her great attitudes towards customers related different claims issues and others.

What can say it's the Brick. They say No Body Beats The brick!! Well at times they have good deals . I am sure the salesman was doing his job but I do get tired of upselling. We did get a decent deal for what we got but the delivery charge is a bit up there. They have to bring the stuff from Missiagua but charge 90 dollars for delv. If they organize it they would not have to do two drops.
