Highland Laundromat

This laundry mat is very clean, and well maintained. The owner Tracy is very helpful and often goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly recommend highland laundry for their large selection of machine sizes.

With our washing machine being out of commission we needed to find a laundromat to accommodate an active young family and a growing mountain of laundry! Highland Laundromat met our needs and more! After laundering our clothes on Friday, it was not apparent till Sunday night that I had accidentally left a load there. I called the emergency line in a panic and left a message. Tracy, the owner, promptly returned my call (in 5 minutes) and explained my clothes had been rewashed, dried, folded and placed safely in the office. I picked my clothes up the next morning and could not be happier! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, Tracy.

Lol. Legendary laundry laundromat

After a house fire we were faced with a huge number of items; clothing, bedding, soft furnishings, specialist items. I arrived at the Laundromat with bags and bags to be processed; Tracy calmly took them off my hands, researched the best ways to clean smoke and water damaged items, then stayed late working her magic before ringing me the following day as my washing was all done. This was repeated with all the following carloads of items, and she also organised my dry cleaning and sent some things off for specialist cleaning. I was extremely grateful for her efficiency and kindness, and all my belongings are now clean and fresh, ready for our new house. I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone wanting a professional and personable service.

This is the best laundromat in the area of Dundas Hamilton. Tracy the owner is a sweet woman and always worries about our well-being. I have left articles of clothing and called the next day and she says oh yeah I have them no problem. She loans out the dryer balls for your clothes in the dryer freely. It is extremely clean and quite often I'm there late at night and feel totally safe. Definitely a five-star
